property in historic Grandview Heights, gives instant access to 
CityPlace, the Kravis, the Convention Center and the ocean of Palm 
Beach within minutes.  The luxurious pool and private hot water 
garden shower is surrounded by lush plantings providing you an 
escape all year round while the vegetable garden produces some 
variety of edibles throughout the year. 

   Many of the homes in downtown West Palm Beach were built in the 
1920’s and 30’s so we are in the heart of the retro real estate 
market. If you are exploring the tropics for your own possible 
retirement this is a great spot to base your expedition.  If you are 
getting away to experience tropical city living, CityPlace provides 
the best shopping and Mango Manor provides the warm sun, lounge 
chairs and a beautiful blue pool. Our European friends might want a 
great vacation spot for poolside therapy and a great exchange rate 
to 
make it a worthwhile trip.  Or you might be attending a business

April 1- October 31		$750 week    plus tax

50% deposit will confirm reservation. Balance due upon arrival.

Cancellations less than one month prior to arrival will forfeit 
reservation deposit unless we are able to rebook.
