New 2 Bedroom Trailhead Condo - nicely decorated in Winter Park

Our Brand New, luxury condo is located in the exclusive Trailhead
Resort. This fabulous condo is located in the building closest to the Trailhead commons area. It is the perfect mountain retreat for all the summer and
winter fun that the Winter Park area offers.

We provide our guests with all the comforts of home including
linens, hairdryers, soap, HD flat
screen TV/DVD/CD, free high speed wireless internet, fireplace and
washer/dryer. We are on the first floor facing the parking lot so it's very convenient.

You can drive 5 miles to the Winter Park Ski base or catch the FREE
ski shuttle bus right outside the lodge. Also, you can walk
from your condo door to several nearby restaurants and other
attractions, including a skate park,
concert area, walking trails and much more.

As private owners, we take pride in offering a clean and very
comfortable "home away from home" for our guests.

Winter Park is truly Colorado at its most friendly and beautiful.

There is No other mountain ski town that can honestly state they are
located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. So come get away in
the Heart of the Rocky Mountains this year.

Beds: 2 queen, 1 king, and a Montana style bunk that offers a double
bed on the bottom and a twin on top.

In-floor radiant heat. HDTV LCD flat screen. The center point of
Trailhead Lodges is The Commons.
This building consists of approximately 5,000 sq ft of indoor and
outdoor fun.

OUTDOORS: heated year-round Pool, Outdoor Hot Tub, Open Outdoor
patio with Fire Pit, Covered Outdoor Porch area with 2 BBQ
and a fireplace.

INDOORS: Community Great Room with Fireplace, Full Kitchen area for
Special Events,
Business Center, Indoor Hot Tub, Fitness Center, Men/Women Changing
area and Hall Locker Cubbies.
The Commons is scheduled to be completed in 2009/2010 so be sure to
ask when you make your reservation if this project is complete.

Alping skiing, mountain biking, Snowshoeing and cross country skiing
right behind our lodge at the
old Ski Idlewyle Winter Park resort, access to Frasier River Trail
100 yards from the unit.
Take a casual morning stroll with your cup of coffee down to the
mountain stream that is just 2 minutes from your door...this is
truly one of my favorite things to do.)
