Located in the Adirondack Park on Lakeview Road in Broadalbin NY - Quaint two bedroom
cabin with large deck. Walk or drive 200 yards on private road to 100' private sandy
beach with 180 degree panoramic view of the 45 square mile lake and the southern
Adirondack mountains. Beach has swimming dock (share swimming dock with owners)
which can be used to load boats (cannot tieup boats overnight).  Beach has gentle incline so it is great for children.    Beach amenities include picnic table, paddle boat and fire pit.
Renters can moor boats off beach - mooring not provided
Great fishing!!

Not as describe, but better

This camp is not as it was described, I have been to camps before and this was a lakeside home. The owner Alan was in total communication with me before arrival and upon arrival was very warm and welcoming. The house was very comfortable and not CAMPING at all. It had all the amentaties of home, it was fully equipped and we did not need all of the items we dragged along with us. We had a wonderful relaxing week at the home and the beach. The deck was a great place to sit and eat on and relax. The beach was party central with a fully equipped areas to entertain. Including a nice hammock to allow you to realax and listen to the waves crash on the beach. Althought the lake was low the water was still warm and inviting even in the middle of Sept. The views from the deck and the lake were great. I have to thank Alan and his wife for allowing us to visit them and having a great vacation.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, pet-friendly, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Better than anticipated

We arrived and were pleasantly surprised by how cute and clean the camp was. The owner was very accommodating; answered all our questions and was accepting of our needs. We have 3 boys under the age of 7 and the use of the paddle boat, canoe, and kayak gave them a variety of things to keep them occupied. The beach was set up perfect and the fire pit was awesome. The lake was clean, clear and great for boating. Very quiet during the week. Overall it was a fantastic vacation!!

Sacandaga Lake Camp rental

We had a wonderful stay at this camp on the Sacandage Lake. It is very close to the village of Broadalbin. The view from the beach at the property is beautiful. The beach is "user friendly" It is sandy and gradual. The camp itself is very functional with a rustic feel. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, pet-friendly
