The house is located nearby to beaches, (5 minues by car), Tennis
course ( 10 minutes walk) and various Golf courses from 10 min by car.
The nearest main town is Santa Ponsa ( 2 minutes away by car)
Only 15 min, away from Palma City, car rental is strongly advised.
The South West coast boasts some of Mallorca's best beaches.The 'Blue
Flag' beaches of Paguera, Santa Ponsa, Magaluf and Palmanova are only
10 minutes away. Via the motorway connections, you can get to the
east coast in approximately 90 minutes and the north of the island in
approximately 75 minutes. Seasonal traffic can cause some delays.
You are only 5 minutes from the well appointed resort of Santa Ponsa
with all the major banks plus restaurants, bars, shops and
supermarkets. Great night life as well Santa Ponsa is on your
doorstep and Magaluf, Palmanova and Paguera are a short car ride
away. The fashionable Puerto Portals marina with it's laid back
atmosphere and bustling nightlife is just 15 minutes away.
