'The Shores' is located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe in a new, exclusive development of 16 lakefront residences. The unit has been appointed with elegant, yet comfortable furnishings boasting hardwood floors, granite counter tops throughout with Quartzite, Limestone, and Porcelain tile befitting the mountain environment. It includes a full gourmet kitchen with top quality appliances as well as an outdoor kitchen on the lakefront deck for alfresco dining, fireplaces, high-speed Internet access, an over-sized Jacuzzi tub, an enclosed heated garage and large steam shower in the master bath. Some of gated community's amenities include a year-round heated swimming pool and large jetted spa, private fitness center, 270 feet of sandy beach, adjacent pier and buoys, hammocks and lookout point. This 1,787 square foot 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. It is our only ADA approved unit.

**This unit prefers a 5-7 night stay during the summer months. Check-in time is 4:30PM and check-out time is 10:00AM. Daily housekeeping is available upon request payable by the guest.**
