location is on a wide canal with a large dock providing sailboat and
powerboat access to open water in less than ten minutes. There are no
bridges or locks blocking your access to the Gulf.
This property has a utility room with washer and dryer. There is a
two-car garage, large, screened lanai area with an attractive heated
swimming pool and attached hot tub. The pool may be heated at any
time of the year, to meet your requirements at no extra cost. The
lanai area is equipped with a selection of outdoor furniture, gas grill and charcoal grill.
This home is situated on a wide salt water canal with access to the
Caloosahatchee River and Gulf of Mexico. There is a large dock great
for fishing from. We also include fishing rods for added enjoyment. For trips to the fabulous beaches nearby, beach, towels and mats are included.
Cape Coral is located in Southwest Florida and is well situated for
visiting nearby Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva
Island, Naples, and beyond. Cape Coral is served by Southwest
International Airport (RSW) which is about 30 minutes drive.
Otherwise, both Tampa and Miami International Airports are about two-
hours drive with easy access to Cape Coral via I-75.
Cape Coral has plenty of golf courses, shops, and restaurants to
choose from as well as a cinema, Yacht Club, beach, and pier. For
those considering a two centre vacation to include the theme parks of
Orlando and Kissimmee, Cape Coral is about a three-hour drive South
using I-4 and I-75.
