Painter's Paradise in Key West

Enjoy our comfortable, 2 bedroom, 1 and one half bath, conch
style townhouse, nestled in the lush, tropical landscaping of one of
the few gated communities on Key West. A quiet and peaceful retreat,
complete with 24 hour security, awaits you. The downstairs boasts
all new appliances, including dishwasher, washer/dryer and flatscreen
cable TV. Relax with drinks among orchids and palms on the front or
rear decks, or dine indoors at the teakwood table, while enjoying our
growing native shell collection. Always feel comfortable in the
climate controlled environment. Sink your toes into the comfy cotton
rugs or walk barefoot across the shell colored, fully tiled floors.
The walls are decorated with the artist/host's tropical paintings.
The upstairs front bedroom with its double bed, has french doors
opening onto a balcony in the palms. The master bedroom, with its
queen sized antique brass bed, has a view of coconuts right outside
your windows.

Our place is newly renovated with granite countertops, breakfast bar, and new cabinets in the kitchen!  The entire house is newly tiled and freshly painted.  The downstairs furnishings are also new.  There is a grilling area  in the back yard for your enjoyment, as well.

A minute's stroll along the lushly planted sidewalk gardens
takes you to a private, palm lined pool; a little further down Golf
Club Drive is the spectacular lagoon pool with its waterfall and
elaborate plantings of flowers and tropical trees.
This paradise is located on the edge of the Southernmost Golf
Course in the Continental U.S.: 18 holes on 200 acres of rolling
fairways, dramatic greens, and serene lakes. Enjoy meeting the
challenges designed by golf legend Reese Jones, such as the
famous "Mangrove Hole", played over a field of thickly intertwined
tropical mangroves.

You'll never run out of things to do in Key West. From "Top
Ten" beaches 5 minutes from from your door, to world class, dockside
dining and the fabled nightlife of Duval Street, Key West has it
all! Fish for sailfish, tarpon, and marlin. Take to the water on a
jet ski, catamaran or sailboat. Experience parasailing, reef
snorkeling, night diving, moonlight cruises or champagne sunset
sailing.
Enjoy the sights from a car; or for a more intimate view, rent a
bicycle, scooter, or electric car. "Painter's Paradise" is minutes
from the Key West Tropical Forest and Botannical Garden. Ride the
streets of "Old Town" (5 to 10 minute drive) on the Conch Tour
Train. Learn about the facinating history and architecture of Key
West and its famous inhabitants. Experience the Mel Fisher Maritime
Museum. (The treasure from the spanish galleon, Atocha, is still
coming in.)
Climb the Key West Lighthouse for an incredible view of "Old
Town"; have your picture taken at the Southernmost Point or explore a

 Painter's Paradise normally rents for $3,900 a month for the months of
January, February, March, April. $2,800 a month for December.  $2600 for May, October, November.  $2200 for June, July, August, September.
 Weekly rentals will be considered.
