Aloha! Welcome to our beautiful, fully renovated vacation condo.
Kamaole Sands is ideally located in sunny South Kihei, near some of
Maui's best beaches, situated between affordable shopping and dining
in Kihei, and world class shopping, dining, beaches, and golf in Wailea.
We have recently completed a full remodel, including new, top of the line Simmons King Size bed.

About our unit:
Our unit overlooks a green belt and includes a view of the ocean.
The renovation includes new fixtures and lighting, glass block
showers, and upgraded furnishings through-out. Although the unit has
air conditioning, trade winds gently cool the condo to keep you
comfortable. The condo is spacious and airy with new tile. The kitchen
is fully equipped. The furniture was replaced in 2008, and a NEW KING
SIZE BED with all new linens in Fall '08. A washer/dryer is included
in the unit. Ours is one of the few in the complex to include TWO free
assigned parking spaces: one is in the shade in the morning, the other is in shade in the evening.

No additional charge! Just call the front desk for your personal
access code.

Enjoy a tropical breakfast on the lanai overlooking the inner
courtyard's tropical gardens.   Relax and watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening.

Our condo is centrally accross the street from Kamaole III Beach/Park.

This inside courtyard location offers a peaceful setting in a convenient location.

Golfers: Wailea awaits you! Only minutes away, the world famous Wailea
Blue, Gold, and Emerald courses.

About Kamaole Sands:

This beautiful property (one off the few with elevators) is located in beautiful, sunny South Kihei.

The complex is set on 15 acres of lush tropical gardens including fountains and a waterfall.  Wake up to the sound of Hawaiian birds and enjoy the tropical
landscape while you relax on your lanai; perfect for sipping Mai Tais any time of the day!

This property is ideal for couples or families who want to enjoy amenities and prefer being within walking distance of nearby beaches, restaurants and shopping.

Located at 2695 South Kihei Road in Kihei, Kamaole Sands offers such on-site amenities as:

-  A complimentary continental breakfast by the pool at 8:30 every morning where you will be informed of the many activities offered on the Island.

-  Complimentary Mai Tais served poolside every Wednesday from 3-5pm.

-  Complimentary coffee and local newspaper are available from 7am to 9am in the reception area.

-  The 24-hour front desk offers wake up call and dry cleaning services.

Kamaole Sands features a pool area recently renovated with new flagstone decking, two separate Jacuzzis (one is for adults only) new lounge chairs, and exercise room.

Eight new BBQ/picnic areas, and four tennis courts are available on site.

A $15 check-in fee is charged at the front desk upon arrival.

Cancellation policy: 1 night charge for all cancellations. No exceptions.
Less than 90 days, refund will be based on re-rental of unit less one
night charge.
