'Lil Fish Inn-Lake Front Historic Cottage-SUMMER IS BOOKING in Indian Lake

This "Key West style" lake front cottage at Indian Lake has been
remodled.
This is a true piece of Indian lake history. It was originally
built as a fishing cabin in 1903 and is located in historic Russells
Point.

The cottage has a view of the historic lighted arch, and it is just
one block to the famous doughnut shop and many other Indian Lake
shops and restaurants. Just a couple of blocks to Indian Head BBQ/Beer. The
bike path that runs along the lake is just 2 blocks away.

A sunny deck and private boat dock(without lift)is just out your
back door. It will accomodate a large boat. Bring your own
boat or rent one at Spend A Day Marina. A fire pit, charcoal grill,
and two bicycles are included. It is approximately a two mile bike
ride to the sandy beach. Everything is within walking distance.

This cottage is also great for fall/winter vacations. It is just 15
minutes to the Mad River Mountain ski resort.

We own another cottage that is one block from the lake and one block
from The Lil Fish Inn. It is now available and on the
vacationrentals website as the "Blue Moon" cottage. It has
lower weekly and weekend rates. This also allows for more family
members or friends to join in the Indian Lake fun!

1 large bedroom with a queen size bed and new California Berber
carpet.
Family Room has a cathedral ceiling, original hardwood floors,
double fouton, and pull out sofa chair.
Sun room is all windows that over look the lake and a wicker sofa where you can read or relax.
Kitchen is open to the family room and has a table for four that has
a wonderful view of the lake.

Bathroom has been remodled with large oversized shower(no tub).
Sunny deck overlooks the lake and boat dock.
Window Air conditioning keeps the bedroom cool.

Walk to bike path, restaurants, and Indian lake shops.

Rates start at $300/week during off season(October-May)
Summer months-Rates are $500/week (Memorial Day thru end of September)
4th of July week is $525. Weekly rentals are typically Sunday to
Sunday. In season weekend rates are $300 for Friday arrival and a
Sunday departure(Non holiday weekends).
