This 2 bedroom 2 bath, split floor plan unit has so much to offer.
Where to begin? How about the magnificent Gulf views from both
bedrooms and the living room and watching dolphins and marine life in
the water below. Tasteful and clever placement of mirrors on the wall
brings the outside in and provides a truly panoramic view of the
water, while sitting at the dining table! Granite countertops are in
the kitchen and baths. The floor is 20 inch tiles throughout the unit
for a clean and cool feel. TVs are located in both bedrooms with a
flat panel TV in the living room along with DVD player. An IPod
docking station is also provided along with an FM stereo with CD
changer. The leather sectional hides a handy full sized pull out bed.
The walls are freshly painted and new furniture and updated
appliances have been added. An Internet connection is also provided.
The condo is located in the heart of Clearwater Beach.
Take a stroll along the newly completed Beach Walk
with its winding promenade. Restaurants, Mini Golf and Shopping
are all around the south Beach Area.
