Unique three floor home surrounded by walk around decks overlooking
wide sand beach and Lake Michigan. The house sits on a tree shaded
lot just a few steps from Pere Marquette Park's three mile long beach.
The top floor consists of living/dining space, kitchen, bedroom, and
full bath. It is surrounded on three sides with decks. A gas grill
and picnic tables set on a large deck adjacent to the kitchen door.
Deck chairs on the beach side are wonderful spots to relax with
morning coffee or sunset beverages. The second floor consists of a
sitting room with patio doors opening to a large deck, two bedrooms,
and a three quarter bath. The 1st level has the entry, laundry,
garage, and owners storage. Large extensive windows give a tree house
atmosphere. All stairs are interior. The home has
been inspected and licensed by the City of Muskegon

The kitchen is complete with large family size refrigerator, new glass
top stove and oven, dishwasher and disposal. Plenty of counter space,
cabinets house cook ware, utensils and table service for 8 and more.
There is a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven. The living area has
three large lounge chairs perfect for relaxing with a good book, and
sofa bed. The bedroom has a queen size bed. The middle floor has one
bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two twin beds.
There are ceiling fans in all bed rooms, kitchen and living area.
Eight bikes of varying sizes are available to use on the bike trails;
one trail goes along Muskegon Lake to the downtown dock area.

First of all the beach is rated as one of the best clean public
beaches in the country and the water can be calm or rolling with large
white cap waves. Wind surfing is popular. Fishing from the pier or by
boat is a popular local activity. The lighthouse and shipping channel are a
leisurely stroll away. See ocean size freighters, the cross lake
ferry, and all sorts of recreation boats and yachts sail by. The USS
Silverside Submarine and new museum, a national historic site, is located
on the channel. The Scenic Drive from North Muskegon to White Lake,
highlights the most striking shoreline in the region. Michigan's
Adventureland Park, between Muskegon and Whitehall, is known for
its roller coasters. Muskegon and the surrounding area are host to a
large number of festivals all season. Brochures and maps are kept at
the home for each years events.
