Modern Oceanside Retreat - Steps to the beach in Duck

Our fully furnished vacation home is ideally located close to the
heart of Duck and has terrific beach access. We are about 600 feet from the beach - less then a 2 minute leisurely walk with no roads to cross.  You will find a direct beach access at the end of our street. We have multiple decks
to relax on and view the sunsets over the bay or enjoy the views and
sounds of the ocean.
This four-bedroom home has three queen bedrooms each with own
bathroom and a fourth bedroom with two bunk sets. Sleeps total of 10
people.
The third floor contains a very large living area, a bathroom, and a
fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need to
have a relaxing vacation.
There are a total of 5 TV's and VCR's in the home, 2 DVD players, a
stereo system, and a library containing a variety of books, games,
videos and DVD's. We also include the use of a high chair, Port-a-
crib and  a playpen for the kids. There is an outside BBQ grill, 2
outdoor showers, and carport with parking for 4 vehicles. Folding beach chairs are provided. There is a
laundry room with washer, dryer and iron. You will find a basketball
hoop, 2 picnic tables, a screened in porch and a swing
bench as well as many other items to make your vacation a success in
this beautifully decorated and furnished home. Our home is located on
a quiet street with very little traffic as we are only a few homes
(600 feet) away from the beach.
Rates vary from $750.00 to $ 2,210 per week depending on season and
dates selected.
These rates include bed and bath linens. Beds are made prior to your
arrival. Also included is the departure cleaning fee and guest
service fee.

The property is being managed by a local agency in Duck, NC.

 Rentals are from Sunday to Sunday. Weekly rates vary based on season.
