Our home is fully furnished. There are four large bedrooms, a
secluded and fully bug-screened swimming pool with patio area, a
living area and a lounge, a large and spacious dining room plus a
breakfast area, cable TV, double garage, full air-conditioning -
everything you could want for that perfect holiday.

Your own secluded 23 by 17 foot swimming pool is fully screened and
there is also a covered porch area fully equipped with loungers,
patio chairs and large table to allow you to get into the shade and
somewhere to relax in the evening.

Living Areas
The home is fully air conditioned and furnished throughout to a very
high standard to ensure that you enjoy your holiday in supreme
surroundings. There are two lounge areas allowing separate spaces for
families sharing or provides room for children and adults to do their
own thing.

Main living room 14 by 18 foot This has two large sofas –one
converts into a queen-size bed. It also has coffee tables, television
and cd player. Entrance into the pool area is by double patio doors.

Lounge 12 by 17 foot Contains two sofas, coffee tables and
sidelights, Entrance to the pool area is by the patio doors.

Kitchen-There is a large fully equipped kitchen with a cooker,
microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double sink and waste disposal
unit. In the adjacent separate utility room there is a full size
washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Eating Areas-If you like family or formal meal times, our two dining
areas have everything you need.

The breakfast area is near the kitchen and has a table and four
chairs. The Main dining area contains a long table and is set for
eight places.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The layout of the house means that the two main double bedrooms are
at separate sides of the house thus allowing full privacy if there is
multiple family occupation. Both of the main bedrooms have direct
access onto the pool area. The positioning of the three bathrooms
allows for full private access to adjacent facilities.

The Main bedroom (Master Suite) 12 by 16 foot has a king-size bed,
walk-in closet,dressing table and television. There is a spacious en-
suite bathroom containing bath, separate full walk-in shower unit,
two vanity units and a toilet. The full patio doors open onto the
covered porch area and pool.

The other main bedroom 11 by 10 foot has a queen-size bed, a large
walk in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom is adjacent which
contains a separate walk-in shower, vanity unit, toilet and a door to
the pool area.

The third and fourth bedrooms are each fitted with twin beds and have
chests of drawers and large builtin wardrobes. Both these rooms have
access to the third bathroom,which has a bath with shower unit,
toilet and vanity unit.

A cot and high chair are available for our younger guests

The walk-in closets will also take all your cases, bags etc.

This is a fully managed home so if you have problems help is only a
local phone call away for a speedy help service

There is also free use of the estate’s Community areas floodlit
basketball, volleyball, tennis courts, large pool and children’s play
area. All necessary equipment can be rented on site.

The Villa is just the thing after an action packed day at any one of
the nearby

restaurants and many other facilities available including the numbers
of the nearest take-away delivery service. We can give you
information on golf courses in the area and give you tips on booking.
Highland Reserve golf course is right next door to our estate. The
villa is ideal for a group having a golfing break or for families on
holiday.

Pool heat is charged at £90 per week if required. Pool heat may be
needed from October to April. No actual temperature is guaranteed, as
prevailing weather conditions will affect the temperature.
