Near Disney+ superb 3 bed with pool in Disney Area

My family of 4-mom, dad, son (9), and daughter (3, turned 4 while on the trip)- stayed here for Easter week 2011. We had a fantastic time! I cannot say enough good things about the home, the location, and working with Martin. The house was beautiful...well equipped, very comfortable, and spacious. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfy, and the kids slept well in their rooms also. It is so convenient to have a full kitchen; we had breakfast at 'home' every day, and we were able to drive home for some pool time and an early dinner in most nights before heading back out to the parks (or not...many nights we decided staying in the house was better than going back out to the parks!) The computer, washer and dryer, local info, alarm system, in-room safe, and other extra touches were nice. The pool is awesome (good size, clean and clear, warm with pool heat). We didn't try out the hot tub. The neighborhood feels very safe and is an easy drive to Disney and other parks (15-20 minutes). There is a GIANT Walmart right around the corner in a safe area. I (mom) went on my own late one night to pick up Disney stuff for my birthday girl. There are good Chinese restaurants nearby; Joe's Crab Shack, and other chain restaurants are easily found and accessible. Walgreens is right down the road as well. Martin was a gracious, honest, and easy-to-reach host. He and the house met and exceeded all our expectations. I hope to be able to stay here again! Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

I would stay here forever.....

Dear Dear Martin,

We are checking out tomorrow.
If it was depended on me, I would stay here forever.....

Let me, on behalf of the four of us, thank you cordially for the cozy, aesthetic, delighting home you let us in.
We felt at home from the first moment. And it is so well equipped!

Let me thank Mel and Adrian for their welcoming and helpful attitude.

I wish we will come back to this very house in the future.

Wonderful

We thought the villa was wonderful. It was a pleasure to return to the villa and sit in the hot tub after a long day at the theme parks. The computer was a real bonus as we had a problem with our theme park tickets so we had to send a few e-mails off to get them sorted out. The girls were on face book often, it was a bit too much to expect them to go without a computer for two weeks. I'm not sure what we are doing next year but if we are going to Orlando your villa will be first on our list. Many Thanks Keith and Linda
