Key Villa-The Disney Retreat in Davenport

Awesome stay!

We stayed at this house by accident and it turned out to be a great one! The house we rented got broke in, so the management moved us to this house. You could not find any better house. The house is brand new and lovely decorated as a model house. Dont be afraid by the sqts posted, the house is so spacious and well designed that some how you would feel its a big house, the pool is big and pretty and the kitchen has plenty of cooking stuffs..Its also close to all the attraction. We enjoyed the pool so much and the kids love the game room.
The only negative thing was because it was still brand new, there wasnt a breakfast table in the kitchen, but the dinning table is so close to the kitchen, so we were fine with that and the TVs in the master bed rooms havent been installed , though the owner had them already.
After our stuffs got stolen from the other house, we felt great staying at this house with the alarm system.

It was truely a reward after being robbed from the other house. Thanks to Emma from the management company. I would highly highly recomend this house to everyone.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers

Great Florida getaway

Overall, the Key Villa experience was quite enjoyable. The Lake Wilson area property is located off the beaten path. Though residential, it provides the best of both worlds, as there is a farm directly behind the villa. Our stay gave us a feeling of communing with nature. We enjoyed the pool under the stars, and the spa was well-heated. Great property!

Great Location

Our party of 7 with 3 children had a geat time in this villa. Only couple signal lights to higway, very convinent location. 7 Eleven convient store and a Publix supermarket nearby were very handy.
Inside the villa, we found every thing we needed. We cook almost every day during our stay and that saved us lot of money. We stayed there 7 nights and sleeps very well. Communication with the owner was very quick and I was able to make reservation during peak time without a problem. No complains at all.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
