can drive 5 miles to the Winter Park Ski base or catch the FREE ski
shuttle bus right outside the lodge. Also, you can walk from your
condo door to several nearby restaurants and other attractions,
including a skate park, concert area, walking trails and much more.

As private owners, we take pride in offering a clean and very
comfortable "home away from home" for our guests. Winter Park is
truly Colorado at its most friendly and beautiful.

patio with Fire Pit, Covered Outdoor Porch area with 2 BBQ
and a fireplace.

INDOORS: Community Great Room with Fireplace, Full Kitchen area for
Special Events, Business Center, Indoor Hot Tub, Fitness Center,
Men/Women Changing area and Hall Locker Cubbies.

The Commons is scheduled to be completed in 2009.

Alpine skiing, mountain biking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing
right behind our lodge at the old Ski Idlewild Lodge,
access to Fraser River Trail 100 yards from the unit. Enjoy a
