Sea Cove, A Floating Studio with free Dockage ! in Marathon

Comfortable, Affordable Paradise with Private Deep Harbor, Pier and
Boat Ramp on the Atlantic!
This unique floating studio is in a private Sea Cove Marina near
Coco Plum Beach area and Key Colony Beach . Ours floating studios
have a different accommodations : (one double bed and one twin) or
(just two twins). The floating studio have a regular size sink,
shower and toilet as well refrigerator ,microwave and cable TV. It
is NO kitchen. Also, guests will be able to dock their boat (up to
24 foot) and use ours boat ramp for free. No washer or dryer but
laundromat or drop off service is available in town. Ours parking
space is big, free and have a lots of room for yours cars as well
boat trailer.

Ours floating studios conversion from regular 34 foot
houseboat. All utilities the same like in regular land studios,
except ours studios have no foundations or neighbors . It is very
stable and in a protected location.
The boat is not the type that leaves the dock. It is permanently
moored and hooked up to shoreside services. The great thing about
ours floating studios - they will go up and down together with the
400 feet floating dock when tide change. The Marina is part of small
motel.
So, if you're ready for something very unique and different this might be just what
you are looking for.

Monthly Rates : $1,000 per month plus 11.5% sales tax
$50.00 reservation/security deposit NO booking fee
It is No extra charge for cleaning , but mast be left neat and
tidy, with everything in it's place.
