A wonderful, nicely decorated, cozy villa in a great community. A
1st floor villa in Sunset Village at Sandpiper Bay Golf and Country
Club. Behind the villa is a lagoon and on the other side the 4th
fairway on the Piper course. Sandpiper Bay Golf course is a 27 hole
complex designed by golf course designer Dan Maples.
Located just minutes from Sunset Beach are numerous well known golf
courses.
Sunset Beach is located between historical Wilmington, N.C. and
Myrtle Beach, S.C.

outlets, amusement parks, adventure rides, waterway cruises, casino
cruises, malls, Broadway at the Beach, Hard Rock Park, Theater,
Cinemas, Carolina Opry, Dixie Stampede, and many restaurants.
Wilmington is North about 45 minutes where you will find attractions
such as the U.S.S. North Carolina, Cape Fear River, Museums,
restaurants and shops.
Calabash, N.C. is located between Sunset Beach and the S.C. line. It
is a quaint fishing village with restaurants and shops.

Available: June 1st to September 15th: $750 to $800 a week.
$200 security fee
$70 cleaning fee
13% tax rate
Security fee is due within 10 days of booking. A rental agreement will be sent to you for review and signature. One half of the rental fee will be due at that time. The balance is due 30 prior to your occupancy.
Check-in time is 4PM. Check-out is 11AM
