On the third floor you will find a guest bedroom with a sofa bed and a private bathroom. The room also has a private balcony that has a beautiful Ocean View.. The the third floor also has a room with a 50inch plasma TV and a bar area with sink and a mini frig. On the fourth floor you will find a private sun deck were you will also have an Ocean View. This floor is perfect for suntaning during the day. On this deck you will experience a night looking at the stars. This home also has a private pool with spa and a 50 ft dock with covered fish cleaning bench. It also has a private bathroom, barbecue, and refrigerator. On this pool area you will get to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather that Key Largo has to offer.

Weekly $2400.00-$3600.00 Monthly $6400.00-$7500.00 prices are subject to change prior to reservation confermation Cleaning Fee-$250.00 State and Bed Taxes additional-currently 11.5%. Security Deposit of $1000.00 will hold your reservation. If you cancell 30 days prior to arrival, we will return 50% of the security deposit. Cancellation after 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit entire security deposit. Deposit will be returend after departure inspection. Payment in full required 2 weeks prior to arrival unless other arrangements have been accepted.
