Park River West in Estes Park

Park River West is a new condomimium development built along the Big
Thompson River with a walking path, benches and picnic tables
available to those who enjoy the sounds and smells of a mountain
stream.

A view of the mountain backdrop is available from the condominium.
Park River West is located a short 3 minute drive from Rocky Mountain
National Park and a few blocks from downtown Estes Park.

This wonderfull retreat is furnished with leather couches on the
upper level and other fine furnishings through out the unit. Artwork
and wildlife photos grace the walls of the unit for your enjoyment.
Bedrooms have queen sized beds and one pull out bed is available for
childrens use in the play area. The master bedroom shower has grab
bars to provide stability while showering and comfort height toilets
are installed through out the unit. A second living/play area is
available on the lower level and is furnished with books and games
for children and adults plus a VCR/DVD player.

Greatroom design allows families to be together to enjoy their
vacation to the fullest as they prepair meals, watch TV and interact
during the day.The first level contains a great room and the master
suite, including the master bath, a half bath, an outdoor deck plus
the two car garage. Two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, a play area,
an outdoor deck and the furnace room at the lower level complete the
unit. Granite counter tops grace the kitchen and bathroom counters.
Appliances include refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher,stove,microwave,
clothes washer(detergent provided) & dryer and a gas fireplace.
Satellite TV and three TV sets(two with VCR/DVD) are available in the
unit. Linens and towels are provided.

Shopping is available in Estes Park and surrounding areas. Rocky
Mountain National Park provides year around hiking, fishing, wildlife
and landscape photography opportunities, horseback riding,
snowshoeing and cross country sking. Golf (on an 18 hole golf
course), miniture golf, boating and two recreational parks are
available in Estes Park along with an aerial tramway.

Summer activities include Rocky Mountain National Park presentations,
art fesivals, the Scandinavian Festival and a very scenic drive over
the Continental Divide.

October-May : $1600/week

June-September : $1900/week

50% is due at time of reservation to hold unit with the balance due
30 days prior to arrival date. A $275.00 security deposit is required
to cover telephone and TV charges, cleaning, property damage, etc.
Unused security deposit funds will be returned to renter within 45
days.

All deposits will be held in a non-interest bearing account.

Sales taxes will be added to rental amount.
