Gated "Renaissance" neighborhood and has 24 hour security. The home is
immaculate. Everything you could ever need is right here. Walking
distance to shopping and restaurants.Renter can purchase a Property Damage protection Plan for a nominal fee or submit a $1000.00 security deposit.
A $250 cleaning fee is additional. Utility fees and heating of the hot tub are included. An additional $50 per day to have the pool heated. (October-May)No smoking allowed.
