This home is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach and
perfect for Short Term Rentals. Totally furnished and available now.
Perfect for Nightly, Weekly, Monthly Rentals.

Average Rental Rate: $150-$350 per night, depending on the season, number of days, and/or number of guests. Please call for availability.
Additional cost: There will be a $250 cleaning deposit with every
rental.  A $100 cleaning fee will be charged for all 1-6 day
rentals, and $150 when for 7+ Day rentals.

Deposit: A deposit in the amount of 20% of entire vacation rental dollar amount will be required to make a reservation.  This deposit amount will be charged to your credit card, or payment can be made via PayPal, check, or Google Checkout. Deposit must be received at time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy:  If you cancel or change your plans, please cancel your reservation in accordance with the property's cancellation policies to avoid a no-show charge. Rates quoted above are only valid for the check-in dates and length of stay agreed upon. They do not include other costs you may choose
to incur during your stay.

Methods of Payment:  We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER. We also accept PayPal, Google Checkout, cash, money orders, and cashier's checks.  No personal or corporate checks will be accepted.

Property policies

Reservations: 

• Your credit card is used to guarantee your reservation.
• Pricing and payment:  Rates are listed above and are quoted in US Dollars.
• Cancel 14 days prior to arrival.  You must cancel via booking
  method.
• Forfeiture of deposit:  When canceling within the last 14 days prior to arrival, the cancelation fee will be 20% of the entire rental amount.  Your credit card will be charged at booking. 
• At registration (check-in) a $250 security/cleaning deposit will be
  charged (See above for information on cleaning fees). A copy of photo
  ID and last 6 numbers of Social Security Number are
  required. A copy of your passport and payment in full is required
  from all foreign visitors. At the end of your stay and a re-
  inspection, which certifies no damage, the above referenced cleaning
  fee will be collected and the ramaining portion of your deposit will
  be refunded.
• Minimum stays and additional fees apply for special events &
