Cottage Charm at Sandy Beach Cottage Inn - Ps. 1:1-3 in Oceanside

Cottage Charm is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1000 square ft. cottage apartment on the sand with a queen bed in the master, sliders to the deck from both the master and the living room that over looks the beach, TV/Cable/DVD, wireless internet, full kitchen, stove, microwave, coffee pot, parking. Our guest bedroom has twin beds, TV/DVD, a bistro table and chairs for two. The living room, kitchen and dining area have the same great beach view and sliders to the deck. Each room has ceiling fans, air-conditioning, wood floors in the living room. We are also a Christian owned and operated business and our goal is to provide you with a peaceful place to come for vacation. We also have 4 other cottage style apartments to choose from which makes for a great location for a family reunion.

We provide towels and linins, some chairs and umbrellas,
some boogie boards and skim boards. We also provide washer/dryer,
beach level private shower, a hose to rinse, storage for your water
toys and parking. Each unit is very different and ranges from simple,
but still beautifully decorated in cottage style to fully loaded.

We are just blocks from the pier and Ruby's Restaurant, next door to
the park, 4 blocks from downtown Oceanside where you'll find the
Movie Theater, several new restaurants including sushi and a new
steak house, a farmers market on Thursday's loaded with food venders,
local arts and crafters and usually a band, coffee houses and
shopping. Two blocks from the train station for those who may enjoy a
day trip to San Diego, Old Town, Horton Plaza, Coronado Island, Sea
World or Seaport Village, or you can head north to Disneyland, Knotts
Berry Farm and Great America. Surf lessons in front of our building
in the summer, life guards, and several churches all within walking
distance, plus parking and several water toys to choose from. The
marina and harbor are about 2 miles north with a fine selection of
restaurants and shopping as well.

Cottage Charm rates: $185.00 -$210.00 per night plus 10%tax, $110.00 cleaning fee, $20.00 processing fee and $300.00 refundable security/reservation deposit. Please call or email us for availability and exact rate of your dates.
