This property is a beautiful and superbly kept active retirement
community. It is located on the 10th green. Property has an orange,
grapefruit, and lemon tree. There are two lovely bedrooms with very
comfortable queen size beds in each. There are attached bathrooms to
each bedroom. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with a large
seat and handrails. The guest bathroom has a tub and shower. There
is a queen size pull out bed in the family room. The anemities
include golf, large swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, beautiful tennis
courts, horseshoe, bocci ball, shuffleboard, cornball. All of these
are within a block of house. The golf pro shop has a restaurant with
delicious home cooked food. Community is only a 40 minute drive to
all the Disney Parks. Beaches are approximately one hour drive.
There are many lakes around the area for your boating and fishing
pleasure. Owners of the home are full time residents of Sandpiper
and are available immediately if needed for any assistance or
repair. We are able to provide honest references.
