dining, and kitchen/breakfast area, and half-bath; 3rd story master and guest bedrooms
with two associated full baths and concealed laundry area with full-size washer & dryer.
Ample closet areas on every floor. Ceiling fans throughout. Fireplace. Sparkling pool.

The townhome comes completely furnished with everything you'll need to feel right at
home, including refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove, toaster, microwave, blender, and all
the glasses, dishes, and silverware to serve 8 simultaneously. Besides the two fully
furnished bedrooms, the living room also has a queen sleeper sofa that can be used for
additional guests. All in all, the townhome will comfortably accommodate six people.

The townhome sits squarely on the widest beach on Florida's Gulf Coast with direct
access to lovely garden grounds, heated pool, and the beach. The town of Redington
Shores is a charming residential beach community that's just a short distance away from
the towns of Seminole, Clearwater, Largo, and St. Petersburg. There's even a town trolley
that will take you from your door to anywhere from Clearwater to St. Petersburg, so you
don't have to take your car out of the garage, if you don't want to. There are also plenty
of shops and restaurants within a short walking distance.

This area of Florida is known for its pristine beaches and lush tropical vegetation
including palm trees throughout. Blue skies, gentle breezes, swaying palms, and the
lapping of waves on the beach from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico's tropical waters make
this a perfect tropical vacation getaway.
