VERY rare treat on Tybee....2BR oceanview! :) This condo offers two king bedrooms and a queen sleeper for comfy island dreaming for six. Have you been to Tybee and hassled parking? :)

This has a private parking garage for YOUR unit only. You have inside access to the elevator to the 2nd (of 3) floors...you won't even get wet if it's raining. Everyone says the beach access is closer than it looks in the pics..and we agree. It's level and simple, and this is the OPEN OCEAN side of the island. (east side...3 sides can't be on the open ocean of course.)
PLEASE NOTE! A couple of the reviews are for a set of cottages it seems and we haven't been able to get them removed. Anything that says Blue Two is not related to this suite.
You'll have access to the Cabana Club (3 pools, etc) paid for by the owner.:) (not $15 a day per person like otherwise.) Also, wonderful beachside Markin Monroe's restaurant is handy on site.
Coastawhile is equipped like a home because our family uses it and tries to keep it very nice for all.:) Please feel free to use what's there..and especially enjoy the huge deck! Most decks are so small on Tybee.

Private parking garage will hold two cars! Complete kitchen, washer and dryer, t.v. with cable, large deck with ocean view, two king bedrooms, sleeper. Elevator access from ground level to near front door of suite!

Rates Include a welcome "basket" of supplies
that you usually have to bring or buy! Even beach towels are provided!
Deposits can be applied to a future stay if you must cancel..very
rare to not lose the money! :) AND..our paperwork guarantees refund
of unused nights for hurricane evacuation. Be sure you have that
guarantee in writing no matter what you rent before you give anyone a
dime; this is very often NOT the case.
3/15-9/30....$1350 per seven night week....$225 per night...3 night minimum. Sat to Sat. weeks only in June and July. THESE RATES ALSO APPLY TO OFF SEASON HOLIDAYS AND EVENTS!
10/1-3/14....$975 per seven night week...$175 per night...3 night minimum.
13% state and local taxes to be added to all stays. One time cleaning fee OF $115 ADDED TO ALL STAYS.
