Blue Heron Suite in Tybee Island

About 70 feet to beach access on open ocean!!!

 Ocean view from living room, balcony, king bedroom! As frequent visitors to Tybee know, the streets going from Butler Ave. (Hwy 80) to the ocean are sideways to the ocean, so to speak. (90 degrees.) This suite is the BEACH END of Gull Reef building! :)

This has a private parking garage for Beachside Colony to keep your car cool under cover.:) This suite is the first one when you get off the elevator, (2nd of 3 floors), so you have easy access with your luggage, groceries, etc.  You won't even get wet if it's raining. Everyone says the beach access is closer than it looks in the pics..and we agree. It's level and simple, and this is the OPEN OCEAN side of the island. (east side...3 sides can't be on the open ocean of course.)

You'll have access to the Cabana Club (3 pools, etc) paid for by the owner.:)  Also, wonderful beachside Markin Monroe's restaurant is handy on site. Enjoy the jet tub in the HUGE king master suite.

PLEASE NOTE!!!!!!!!!!  We've joined the review program for this suite  as we write this (September 2012) and can't wait for visitors to comment. You'll note an "owner comment" review we entered before from the guestbook. We made a mistake and don't want to mislead anyone. That was for another of our properties which you'll see mentioning Summerwinds; we simply looked at the wrong guestbook. This website will not remove a comment once there. :) So, accept our apology on that error please. Rates Include a welcome "basket" of supplies

Deposits can be applied to a future stay if you must cancel..very
rare to not lose the money! :) AND..our paperwork guarantees refund
of unused nights for hurricane evacuation. Be sure you have that
guarantee in writing no matter what you rent before you give anyone a
dime; this is very often NOT the case.

3/15-9/30....$1595  per seven night week....$260 per night...3 night minimum. Sat to Sat. weeks only in June and July. THESE RATES ALSO APPLY TO OFF SEASON HOLIDAYS AND EVENTS!

10/1-3/14....$1095 per  seven night week...$180 per night...3 night minimum.
