minutes from the door! From the moment you enter the unit, the
colors of Florida put you in a beach frame-of-mind. With new carpeting and furniture in the bedrooms, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is comfortably furnished to accommodate a full house. The unit is the biggest condo floor plans available
at Maravilla.

Since this condo is our second home, you will find many extras not
normally included in a rental unit. The unit has broadband WiFi
internet service, port-a-crib, beach chairs, beach service during
the
season, and sand toys. Tile floors are throughout except for the
bedrooms, which have new carpeting as of September 2004.

The condo is great for a family or to share with friends. The first
suite has a king size bed, TV, VCR, access to the balcony and a
private full bath. The second suite also has a king size bed, TV
and access to a second full bath. The third bedroom contains a bunk
bed that is perfect for children. In the living room, a fold-out
queen sleeper sofa may sleep another two adults.

For indoor relaxation, the living room contains a TV, VCR, DVD,
access to the balcony and view of the Gulf. The dining table and
bar stools provide seating for 8. The fully equipped kitchen makes
it easy to prepare the catch of the day from one of the local fish
markets (or better yet, whatever you caught yourself on one of the
many deep sea or bay fishing trips!). If you prefer eating out,
several good restaurants are within walking distance. We are also
close to the Silver Sands outlet mall, the water park and multiple
golf courses.

Maravilla is the most popular family resort in Destin. It has
private access to 2 acres of beach and plenty of green space for
kids to play. The property includes two swimming pools with
generous decking, one hot tub, 2 tennis courts, shuffle board court,
charcoal BBQ pits at the pools, and workout facilities.

Condo amenities include air conditioning, broadband WiFi, telephone
(local and 800 calls only), cable TV (with HBO), VCR, DVD,
microwave,
dishwasher, full kitchen, cookware and utensils, washer, dryer,
linens provided, port-a-crib, beach service (one umbrella and 2
lounge chairs), extra beach chairs.

Activities and attractions include swimming at the two pools and
beach, biking, golf, tennis, shuffle board, fitness center,
shopping, fishing, movie theater, water park, great dining, jet ski
and parasailing services at beach, Gulfarium, and personal spas.
