The building is directly on the ocean. It is  is a very
well established and well kept building on Brickell Avenue. This 21st
Floor apartment has large sunny rooms with a stunning view of the
Miami skyline,the ocean and beautiful sunsets. There is a state of
the art gym complete with party room that has a large flatscreen TV
for viewing games etc. with friends. In addition to the heated
oceanside pool,there are two hot tubs and two tennis courts.
The Miami downtown area with its famous Bayfront Park and Bayside
Marketplace, Key Biscayne and its fabulous beaches and Lipton Tennis
Center, Coconut Grove and South Beach are just minutes away, as is
Miami International Airport.
In case of emergencies, Mercy Hospital, a full service hospital and
medical center is about three minutes away.

This unit is airconditioned. The condo is fully furnished with
linens, towels and beach towels. All kitchen utensils and appliances
are provided. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. A large
screen TV with cable service is available as is a high speed internet
connection via plug in modem, as well as a CD player/radio and DVD player. 
The rooms are sunny and large with a splendid view of Miami's amazing
sunsets. The balcony is equipped with plants, a table and chairs.
This is an established and well managed building. Loud music and wild
parties are discouraged. Your peaceful stay with us is guaranteed.
This is a no smoking apartment. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Our condo is located about 10 minutes from the airport. Key Biscayne,
its beaches and Lipton Tennis Center are also just 10 minutes
away, as is Coconut Grove, Downtown Miami, Bayfront Park and Bayside
Marketplace. South Beach is about 15 minutes away.
Our large pool, situated oceanside, is heated and great for laps.
There are 3 Tiki Huts with BBQ's that can be reserved for your
exclusive use. In addition to our state of the art gym, there is a
club room with large screen TV for your enjoyment.
