dining area has large windows and is adjacent to a Florida room with
bar....perfect for entertaining. The sleeping arrangement includes
a bedroom with a queen size bed. There are also two sofa sleepers,
one in the living room and one in the Florida room. The updated
kitchen, bath and furnishings make it comfortable on the inside.
The cottage has an additional outside full bath which is great after
a day at the beach and also has a separate laundry room with
washer/dryer. garage. This one of a kind location at the end of
the island makes it an ideal place to walk the beach and historic
8th Avenue.
