Eagle Bay Cottage in Shuswap Lake

Do you want a quiet family vacation? This small attractive house
which was once part of an original homestead may be ideal for you.
Owners live on property.
Upstairs has two bedrooms with dormers. Yellow bedroom has queen
sized bed. Blue bedroom has a set of twin beds. Shared
bathroom.
Downstairs has one bedroom with double bed and full
bathroom. Linens supplied. Bring your own towels. Country kitchen
includes dining room with pine cabinets and Mexican tile floor.

Appliances include side/by/side fridge and propane range. Living
room has nice view of lake. T V for DVD's available.
Limited library of DVD's and books. Sorry no cable or
phone. Cellular coverage in area.
Outdoor amenities include fire pit (fire restrictions permitting),
gazebo, covered sundeck, and barbeque.

No smoking, no pets.

40 minutes from Salmon Arm. 25 minutes to golfing and dining. 5
minutes from swimming beach (pebble bottom), driving range with a
new golf course under construction and a patio
restaurant. Convenience store nearby.

Driving distance to scenic waterfalls, award winning wineries,
houseboat rentals, and historic Craigellachie (last spike of Canadian
Pacific Railroad).
