Luxurious Tropical Penthouse in Acapulco

This is a spacious 2810 square foot penthouse apartment newly
renovated and professionally decorated on the beach. It is in a very
exclusive gated building with 24 hour security. It has a private beach
access from the pool area. The apartment is on two levels and every
room has a terrace overlooking Acapulco Bay. Each bedroom has high
ceilings with ceiling fans, air conditioning, king size bed, cable TV,
a private terrace and a full bath which includes hair dryer. There are
3 different sofas and 3 sitting areas on the main floor of the
apartment, so separate parties could still enjoy privacy from other
guests. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 8 people maximum
and has wireless internet access. Partial rentals would need to
inquire as to the availability. The apartment is close to everything,
and there's plenty of public transportation. It is ideally located one
block off the main road, but directly on the beach/Bay.

Ideal Location with the Right Mix of Amenities The apartment is close
to everything, so there's plenty of public transportation. It is
ideally located one block off the main road, but directly on the
beach/Bay. Within walking distance to Cici waterpark, shopping,
grocery, restaurants, water sports, golf, convention center and gambling.

In Season: (Dec 15 - Mar 31) $ 3,000/week $ 9,000/month

Off Season: (Apr 1 - Dec 14) $ 1,800/week $ 5,500/month

* Meal preparation and personal laundry is available for an additional charge of $35/day. We can have you picked up at the airport for an additional $75.

* Half deposit down + signed terms agreement will confirm a reservation. Balance of reservation is due 45 days prior to arrival. Inside US: we accept M/C, VISA, Paypal, Money Orders, Cashier Checks and personal checks if more than 60 days prior to occupancy. Outside US: bank wire.

CANCELLATIONS: if canceled more than 120 days before scheduled arrival date, there would be a 15% fee taken from the deposit money, minimum $500. 

If canceled between 119 and 45 days before arrival, there would be a 30% fee taken from the deposit, minimum $1000.  There are no refunds if less than 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
