This is an amazing OCEANFRONT condo on Hutchinson Island with Golf Community. The
condo is very LARGE with 1100 square feet. 1 bedroom with 2 FULL BATHROOMS. Living room has a double size sofabed. Building sits right on the beach and has 2 pools and hot tub. Community has a 9 hole golf course across the street at Island Dunes Country Club. Very quiet building with new beautiful lobby and plenty of parking. 12TH Floor condo with AMAZING VIEWS!! You're on an island and it's quiet and peaceful. Less than 10 minutes from fun and excitement. We get many return visitors to our condo each year ... we think that says a lot about how nice it is!!!
