Private Get-Away! 
Enjoy a week away from society on your private 3 acre penninsula.   
The main house has 2 pull-out couches and 2 full size beds, a 3/4  
bath and a full bath.  The log cabin has a pull-out couch and a  
woodstove. (there is no bathroom and it is close to the water so  
children should not sleep there) The home is fully furnished and has  
a washer and dryer.  We ask that you bring your own sheets.  There is  
a dock, and a sandy beach front.  The enclosed porch is perfect for  
summer nights, overlooking the water without worries of mosquitos.

Fully furnished, washer, dryer, full kitchen 
Convenience stores and small restaurants are 10 minutes away.  The  
full grocery store is about 15.

Vacation Rental Rates

1000/wk Memorial day-end of August 
900/wk Starting the first week of September 
Check-in is Saturday at 3pm 
Check-out is Saturday at 11am 
Daily rates available if week is not reserved. 
$300 security deposit./ Returned at end of stay if everything is  
there and nothing is damaged. 
A deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation, if you cancel  
30 days prior to your reservation start date, 50% of that will be  
returned to you. 
Upon arrival, you need to pay the remainder of the balance along with  
the security deposit.  (cash or gauranteed funds)
