Mid June through Labor Day rates:
$250 / night with four (4) night minimum for each side or $400 / night for both sides four (4) night minimum.
$1350 per week for each side of this duplex or $2700 per week for both sides.
Large families could rent the entire unit for a family reunion or grand event.
Off Season: Southside unit available for monthly lease, 3 month minimum. $1600 / month all inclusive
