Vacation Rental Description

clean, grassy parks, virtually every level of golf course, fine 
dining, and shoping to really enjoy some :) special time :) down 
South - Marina at the Bluffs has it all - and then some! 

With THREE separate barbecue areas by the intracoastal 
waterway, TWO tennis courts, TWO pools, and exclusive proximity to a 
world class Marina harboring 21-101' yaughts (where a certain golfer 
has been known to dock up for a bit of "Privacy"), the Bluffs Marina 
is a quiet, understated, yet luxorious destination spot.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our spacious, ground floor condo is stocked to the gills with 
everthing you'll need to kick back and fully enjoy your stay. With 
COMPLETE NEW FURNISHING that includes a double in both the master and 
guest room, 30" TV, master walk-in closet, brand new PLUSH carpet, 
tranquil decor and cozy bedding. The elegant dining room is open and 
roomy, which flows nicely into a relaxing living room complete with 
a brand new comfy sectional sofa with a lounger seat! This is my 
favorite place to read the paper with coffee while taking in the 
water view! The kitchen has BRAND NEW APPLIANCES as well as service for EIGHT with Nikko fine 
tableware. There are full linens and beach towels, not to mention 
your very own laundry room, vacuum, ironing station, and TWO 
telephones. 

Activities and Attractions

In addition to the tennis courts, swimming pools, and barbecue 
facilities found on sight, you'll be .5 miles from Publix, Dunkin 
Donuts, an ice cream shop, and Walgreens. What's more, the 
Jupiter area amenities include: bike paths, a heart trail, Regal 18 
cinema, fine dining (literally .5 miles to Barrymores Steak House, 
The Kee Grille, etc.), the Florida History Center, shopping at 
Abacoa/the huge Gardens Mall, charter boat fishing, and just plain 
being in one of the most beautiful, peaceful yet vibrant 
places in the country.   

Vacation Rental Rates

May 2008 - November 2008: $1100/mo. (excluding utilities)

December 2008 - March 2009: $2800/mo. (including utilities)

RESTRICTIONS: FLATBED TRUCKS, TRAILERS, SUV'S LONGER THAN 17', PETS OVER 20 LBS.
