This farmhouse built in 1823 blends the old with the new in a most 
desirable and quiet location. The gardens feature 2 stocked 
ponds,numerous sitting areas and a covered patio.The master bedroom 
has a king size bed,large deck from glass sliding doors, television 
with DVD and VCR, stereo, DSL and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom 
has a full size bed and television/VCR. The third bedroom in the 
lower level has a queen size bed,DSL, private bathroom,air 
conditioning, flat screen TV and access to the garden. The spacious 
livingroom has a two sided gas fireplace, DSL, surround sound 
system, original pine floors, DVD,VHS and CD player. The kitchen is 
fully equiped with everything one could ask for! This home is 
perfect for the more mature visitors to Provincetown!

Vacation Rental Amenities

The home has a large size washer/dryer,  
DSL in most rooms, parking for up to 4 cars,gas cooking, 
dishwasher, microwave, and much more.

Vacation Rental Rates

weekly rate in the summer $3,700-$4,500  lower in the off season
also available some weekends in july/sept/oct
