Vacation Rental Description

Located in the White Mountains, North Conway, NH.  This condominium 
is in the beautiful and historic Stonehurst Village.  Set on 33 
private acres, the Village boasts the quaint mountain lodge 
experience coupled with perfect access to shopping, local 
attractions and  mountains. Located right on scenic Route 16, our 
condo is located in the prime section of the Manor grounds.  Just a 
step out the front door is the beautiful Manor with outstanding 
mountain views! You will find our condo exceptionally clean, smoke 
free, fully furnished with linens, bedding,  a fully equipped 
kitchen,  and washer and dryer.  There are 3 bedrooms , one with 
queen bed, the master bedroom with master bath, and one bedroom with 
2 sets of bunks for children and/or extra guests.  There is a 
dining room, living room, another den with fireplace, large flat 
screen TV,wireless internet,and large loft area with pool table!  
Sliders to back 
deck and front door parking for added convenience.

North Conway Village is in the heart of the Saco River Valley, 
surrounded by the majestic beauty of the Presidential Range and 
6,288' Mt. Washington. Along with the towns of Jackson and Bartlett, 
the area boasts a huge variety of both natural and man made 
attractions and activities.

Stonehurst Village is one mile north of North Conway Village on a 
very private 30 acres of pine woods and scenic vistas.

Winter 2007/2008 Rates
$1200 full week
$250 per night (3 night minimum)
2 night stays are available.  Please inquire for rates.

All rental fees will include a NH 8% Rooms Tax charge.

Have a large party? We have 3 condos in the same location!  View 
them all!  Property #'s 5010 and 22138 are just two condos down from 
each other.  Also available is property #11756.

Let me know what dates you are interested in. I will respond with 
availability and total cost. 50% is required to reserve the dates 
and can be paid over the phone or online via debit/credit card. 
After receipt of deposit, your dates will be reserved and your 
rental contract will follow via email. The balance is due 30 days 
prior to check in. 
One week prior to check in I will email your check in instructions 
which include directions, unit map, and access code to the front 
door. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am.
