yet still have your own separate retreat upstairs when you want privacy.
Each side is tropically decorated in an elegant yet casual style,
that makes for comfortable and relaxed living. Each master bedroom
has a king pillowtop mattress and master bath, each guestroom has a
queen pillowtop or memory foam mattress, and each livingroom has a
queen sleeper sofa with a foam matress; sleeping a total of 12
comfortably.
The screened in downstairs is the perfect entertainment area with pool
table, foosball table, and dart board in a tiki bar setting leading out
to the tropical backyard surrounded with beautiful palm trees by the
dock. You can relax in a hammock in the shade or out on 60' dock to
sunbathe, dock your boats, kayak, fish, or swim in the deep crystal
clear water.
Just minutes from the canal you have ocean access with no fixed
bridges where you can go snorkeling and diving on the famous Looe
Key Reef Sanctuary, anchor at 'Picnic Island,' a locals' favorite
weekend party hangout, and is adjacent to the exclusive Little Palm
Island Resort which can only be reached by boat. Just down the road
the Dolphin Marina offers a full service station, boat ramp and
rentals, tackle and bait, and you can catch the ferry over to Little
Palm Island for a five star dining experience. Only a ten minute
drive to MM36 is the Famous Bahia Honda State Park, consistently
voted 'One of the World's Most Beautiful Beaches.' And of course you
are only a 25 minutes drive to the historical and fun Key West.
