Clean and Comfortable Cottage at Beach Dreams in Wells

This cathedral ceiling cottage #162 is located in the Osprey Village at Beach Dreams Cottages in Wells, Maine. It has two bedrooms, one with a full bed and the other with two twin beds. However, the cottage can sleep six comfortable because the living room has a full futon that sleeps two. There is also a full air mattress that will sleep two more if someone would prefer that versus the twin beds.  A three season porch contains additional tables and chairs. The cottage has three TV's for your convenience ~ one in each bedroom and one in the living room.  There is also DVD's in the living room and master bedroom. There are ceiling fans throughout the cottage for your comfort.  This cottage has all of the comforts of home including washer/dryer, wireless internet, gas grill, air conditioning, microwave, etc.  Saturday to Saturday rentals in season.

Beach Dreams is a beautiful community located on 43 acres of land.  It has a large main pool area with a hot tub and a kiddie pool.  There is a second smaller pool area in the back of the property.   There are several other amenities including tennis and bocce courts, a state of the art gym, and wireless internet access.  

It is located about 1 mile from Moody Beach and there is a Trolley stop right in front of Beach Dreams that will take you to other area beaches.  There is so much to do in this area!  There is excellent fishing (stripers and blue fish), biking, hiking, boating & kayaking, golfing, antique shops, beautiful beaches, many-many great restaurants, quaint shops and some of the nicest people you will meet!  

2012:

May 19th - June 23rd $750/week or $110/night

June 24th - Sept 1st $1,100/week or $150/night   

Sept 2nd - October 20th $750/week or $110/night

Check-in on Saturdays at 2PM, Check-out by Saturday at 10AM.
