Great downtown cottage in Grand Haven. Ivy covered private patios
off main floor family room, new kitchen and large hall. 2 small
porches off main floor living room and kitchen. In addition to main
floor havinf a family room and living room it also has a large
computer area plus 2 bathrooms and 2 main floor bedrooms and laundry
room. Upstairs there is a wonderful very large bedroom. This home was
a private home that was beautifully remodeled and cared for. It has
been approved by the city of Grand Haven as a Grand Haven seasonal
rental property.Please feel free to call me on my cell phone as to
the exact location of the property. The home is close to downtown
the Boardwalk, Chinook Pier, Ice Cream shops and parks. Grand Haven
Lake Michigan Beach is just around the channel. As i live at the
beach I will provide one parking place at the beach. To see more
