Member of the Beech Mountain Club, which allows you to swim in the
heated outdoor pool and play on the private Beech Mountain Golf
Course (May 1st to the middle of October)

The Beech Mountain chalet is conveniently located less than 5 minutes
from the slopes, golf course, tennis courts, basketball courts, and
outdoor pool. The property is also adjacent to NC hiking trails,
which makes enjoying the great outdoors even easier!

Beech Mountain, NC is by far the best place to visit in the High
Country of Western North Carolina for a North Carolina mountain
vacation! Located at an elevation of 5,506 feet in the Blue Ridge
Mountains, the highest of any incorporated town east of the
Mississippi River, Beech Mountain NC is an ideal place to visit. With
picturesque views and postcard worthy scenery, Beech Mountain NC is
home to one of the High Country's famous ski areas, Beech Mountain
Ski Resort.

The High Country area of North Carolina is a very popular place to
visit because of the friendly people, great weather and excellent
outdoor opportunities. In the area near Beech Mountain NC, you can
hike, bike, fish, whitewater raft and even snow ski. Attractions like
Grandfather Mountain, Linville Caverns, Tweetsie Railroad and the

**We offer a monthly rate during the March to September time period
of $1,700 per month for the Beech Mountain Chalet rental.

POLICIES:

$200 refundable security deposit holds your reservation.

The rent is due 2 weeks prior to your check-in date.

21 days cancellation notice is required prior to check-in
for a full refund.

Two nights minimum stay.

ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY PHONE

There is a one-time cleaning fee of $60 for all stays.

6% NC sales tax and 3% Beech Mountain accommodations are applicable
on all stays.

NO PETS and NO SMOKING are allowed.
