Our 1100 square foot condo has been recently updated with new cabinets, countertops, tile flooring throughout, plantation shutters and many new furnishings including a brand new master bedroom set!  An elevator and plenty of parking are available for your convenience.  And best of all you're only steps from the beach.

Quiet Waters is a smaller Indian Shores/Indian Rocks Beach community with only 30 units. Because of the way the building is constructed, this condo shares no common walls with any of the other units. 

You will find you have the best of everything...a private beach access directly across the street -- no walking for blocks to a public access; a heated pool and hot tub with plenty of chairs for sunning, reading or napping; a gas grill; a private fishing pier on the Intercoastal Waterway which is also great spot for boat, dolphin and bird watching; and the option of celebrating the sunset from your private balcony or joining neighbors on the large, shared top-floor balcony just outside your door.

Indian Shores is conveniently located between Clearwater and St. Petersburg. You will find a trolley right on Gulf Blvd. that takes you anywhere you want to go along the 17 miles of beaches from St. Pete's to Clearwater.

Located just 90 minutes from Orlando's popular theme parks and 30 minutes from Busch Gardens.

Golf courses, miniature golf, deep sea fishing, jet ski and boat rentals, bicycle rentals, casino cruises, wonderful shopping and great local restaurants - many within walking distance.

One week minimum rental at all times. Rental weeks generally begin and end on Saturday (3:00 p.m. check-in/10:00 a.m. check-out).  Please inquire about possible exceptions.

Rates are indicated in US Dollars and include all cleaning and departure fees:

*March 20 through April 3 - $900/week
*April 10 through June 5 - $750/week; $2300/month
*June 5 through Labor Day - $650/week; $2000/month
*Labor Day through December - $550/week; $1700/month

*Rates DO NOT include 12% FL sales/occupancy tax.

Most Holiday Weeks - add $100.

Refundable Security Deposit: $200.00 ($300.00 for rentals of 3 weeks or more) due at time of booking.

Payment is due in full 30 days prior to arrival.

($50 Cancellation Fee if made more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.  Cancellation fee equal to security deposit if made within 30 days of scheduled arrival.)
