At 50 meters there is the Metro bus stop, that brings you safely to the Copacabana Metro station. 24 hour door man service. One masterbedroom with double bed, inbuild closet, ventilator and air conditioning. One bedroom with two single beds (one can be extended to a third sleeping place). A little cabana/empregada room with one single bed, also with fan/ventilator. Large kitchen with bartable and 2 chairs for a coffee with a view on Ipanema. Bathroom, extra wc, additional mini-bathroom. Living/dining room with nice furniture made from famous jacaranda wood.
Restaurants and bars in walking distance. Lagoa, the lagoon behind
Ipanema for walking, biking, running, skating is ca. 5 min
away. Botanical Garden, Hippie Fair (sundays at 150 meters away from
the appartment).
50% payment requiered for reservation. 50% payment when arriving at
the flat. 75,00 R$ for final cleaning requiered. 200 Euro deposit for
damages etc. Refunded at check out.
