The vacation home is comfortable and you will love the neighborhood. There are three bedrooms, and two baths. The master bedroom has it's own bathroom and walk-in closet with a King Size Bed. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a single bed. There is a Great Room with fireplace and the kitchen is open to the great room with a bar.

The back yard patio is open with table and chairs to sit outside and relax, or you can enjoy the large deck as well. The yard is fenced for your privacy and pet.  There is also another sitting room off the family room. The neighborhood streets are hilly and curvy which makes the area very quaint.

The home has cable TV, Internet, and phone. All utilities are included. This is also a non-smoking home.

This vacation home is located in beautiful Oak Leaf Village Subdivision. Oak Leaf Village is a deed restricted community, so the homes and land are very well maintained, and it is a quiet neighborhood. This subdivision is off Klosterman Rd. half way between US 19 & Alt 19 at the top of the hill. It's located adjacent to the Innisbrook Golf & Country Club area, and just a few miles to the beaches.

Just a few miles to beach and adjacent to the beautiful Innisbrook Golf & Country Club Resort. A few miles to the historical Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks and fabulous restaurants and delicious Greek food. Just a couple of miles to Anderson Park on Lake Tarpon, and a couple of miles to the local Movie Theatre, Palm Harbor Muvico. Inquire for discounts for stays longer than a month.

Deposits vary depending on length of stay.  Weekly $200, Bi-Weekly $400, Monthly $600, Longer than a month $900.   A $100 cleaning fee is deducted from deposit after departure.

We accept credit cards or transfers through Paypal (small fee).  Otherwise, we accept cash, money order, or cashiers check.
