Mid-season (OCT-DEC): $325/night, $2275/week or $3,200/month
High-season(JUNE-SEPT): $350/night, $2450/week or $6,950/month
1-week minimum during high-season, but we may be flexible around
other bookings. $300.00 deposit for nightly/weekend stays.
$500 deposit for weekly stays. Monthly stays require 50% deposit.
Prices are subject to tax. 30-day cancellation required.

$200.00 Non-refundable pet fee required.
