West Shore Cabin Available Summer 2010 in Tahoe City

This cozy cedar log cabin is a wonderful place for couples or a
small family to getaway and enjoy recreating in Lake Tahoe. It is available by the month as a Summer Lease. We are flexable with a 3...6 month lease.  Available June 1st, 2010.  The Cabin
is located in the quiet West Shore neighborhood of Talmont, 2 miles
south of Tahoe City and 800 feet above Lake Tahoe. It has a big living
area,2 bed rooms with a very sunny front Deck. With Tahoe National
Forest one street away, you'll have immediate access to hiking, cross country
skiing, snowshoeing, leading to Paige Meadows and beyond.
There is a woodstove for those romantic nights.
It is a 10 minute drive to Homewood, 20-minutes to Squaw Valley or
Alpine Meadows

Cabin is heated by Gas but if you care for a fire, there is a
wood stove,

This house is a member of the Tahoe Park Beach association, You have
access to a private beach with picnic tables and BBQ pits, 2 docks,
volleyball court,horseshoes and Kayak rentals

One block from Paige Meadows for cross country skiing,snowshoeing and
hiking

Just uphill from Sunnyside Lodge where you can rent Boats and Jet Skis

10 minutes to Homewood, 20 minutes to Squaw Valley or Alpine Meadows
Ski Areas
