Augusta Villas is a friendly community that welcomes visitors of all
ages. There are two community pools and monthly and weekly social
activities where renters are always
welcome. There are many people who rent year after year in Augusta
Villas.
Golf membership is not included but there are several courses nearby.
The beautiful, uncrowded, gulf beaches are minutes away and the
quaint downtown is only 6 miles. There are walking and bike trails
along the intercoastal and in wooded perserves.
