Mexico Vacation Home in Ensenada

You will definitely enjoy this Ensenada beach home named "El
Descanso". 3/bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, living room w/all amenities,
dining area, fully contained kitchen, laundry room, backyard patio
area w/table and chairs. Walking distance to/from the ocean/beach.
Ocean view from master bedroom and 2nd bedroom w/balcony. 15-20
minutes from downtown. 30-45/minutes from Estero Beach and/or The
Bufadora. There is wine tasting, camping, golf and other resorts
close by too.
Our names are Mike and Stephanie. We are a recently retired family
from the US Navy after 30+/yrs. We enjoy experiencing new cultures,
cooking, traveling w/friends and family, gardening and going to the
movies. We also enjoy long walks on the beach and sampling good wine
and restaurants.
This is our weekend getaway home so we do not need a simultaneous
exchange.

 Home is located in the community of Loma Dorada.  You can walk to Costco, Home Depot, Blockbuster, WalMart Super Center, Applebee's, Cineplex Movie Theater and Calimax/grocery store.  Loma Dorada is in the process of becoming a private gated community.  There is 24/7 security guard and walkways to the ocean.  There are several American citizens that live in this community and most people speak English.  Estero Beach and Bufadora are within 30-45 minutes away.  Wine tasting, golf is closeby too.  You can golf at Baja Mar or other golf courses nearby w/a 20-25 minute drive.  Baja Mar is a Country Club Community and Ensenada has a Country Club too.
