Private and central and surrounded by nature, the home is set in a peaceful, landscaped yard on a quiet court next to a greenbelt. With a big beach, tide pools, hiking trails, and migrating Monarch butterflies, Natural Bridges State Park is a popular beach destination for families. The home's location also offers easy access to the exciting Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, the famed surf spot, Steamer's Lane and the Surfing Museum at Mark Abbot Lighthouse, the working, historic coastal farm of Wilder State Ranch, with a great mountain biking and hiking trail system, and downtown Santa Cruz for nightlife and entertainment. Mission Street stores and restaurants and the popular Swift Street Courtyard with a wonderful cafe, shops, yoga studio, wine and beer tasting rooms are less than a mile away.

Room Descriptions:
Master Suite:This lovely, large bedroom has views of the gardens from all windows and offers a separate space from the main living areas. It is appointed with a deluxe California King bed, elegant furnishings, original art, a sitting area, access to a patio and hot tub, full-length mirror, plentiful storage and closet space, DVD and a 22' Flat screen Cable TV. The space is south facing and stays light and sunny all day. The in-suite MBR bath is a spacious area that contains a vanity with double sinks, a large mirror, built-in closet with shelves, drawers and clothes rack, and a separate, private room with a window that contains a toilet and large, bright shower.
Guest Room Two: this cheerful, east-facing room is ideal for children. It has a garden view and is furnished with twin bunk beds, friendly art, a crib, storage cabinet for toys, and a closet.
Guest Room Three: an elegant room facing a quiet garden court, it is adjacent to the living room connected via a French door. It is north facing with a private and peaceful feeling. The Full bed is very comfortable. This room can also be used as an office as it has phone and internet connections and plenty of space in the Armoire.
The Hall bath/Powder Room was recently remodeled with marble and limestone accents, a vanity table with vessel sink, toilet, bath/shower combo and built-in storage.
Kitchen/Dining contains Fiestaware dishes and silverware for 12, toaster oven, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, plentiful bowels, serving dishes and serving ware, dishwasher, double sinks, garden window, fridge with ice maker, big freezer space, new stove range, patio access. Dining table expands to seat at least 12. Antique cabinet filled with colorful glass and matching glassware.
The Living Room is a spacious, inviting multi-purpose area with a couch, sleeper sofa, dining area with expandable seating, Cable TV, gas fireplace.

$299 per weekend nights (Friday/Saturday).
$275 per weekday night, 3-night minimum.

Winter and spring breaks:
$2,000 per week.
$350 per night, 4-night minimum
Summer 2012 Rates:
May 26 to September 1, 2012:
$2,400 per week, $395 per night. 5-night minimum.
Holidays:
Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year: $395/night, 4-night minimum.
Check-in: 3 PM Check-out: 11 AM
For weekly reservations, the changeover day is Fridays.

Reservation/Payment Policies:
The $750 refundable reservation/security deposit is required at the time of reservation. The full rent amount is due 60 days prior to arrival. If check-in is within 60 days, rent is due upon reservation.

We accept money order, personal checks, and Paypal. Please add 3% for credit card transactions.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed, sorry no exceptions.
Smoking Policy: No smoking allowed inside home.
Weddings/Parties/Noise Ordinance: Sorry, we do not allow weddings or large parties. Please note that Santa Cruz City prohibits noise disturbances past 10 PM.
