large windows, located on a wooded lot. It is part of the Frye
Island community on Lake Sebago. Frye Island is accessible by 7
minute car ferry ride from Raymond Neck in Raymond. Master bedroom
with its own bathroom and shower and 2nd bedroom on 1st floor. Large
full bath on 1st floor. Washing machine and dryer. 2nd floor bedroom
and loft over looking great room below. All areas have skylights and
ceiling fans. Great room has large windows looking out over woods.
It opens up to a deck and screened in porch.

Modern kitchen with dishwasher, large refrigerator, electric stove,
mixer, blender, coffee pot, toaster, popcorn popper. Community water
supply, instant hot water. Ample kitchen supplies. Satellite TV with
DVD player, local telephone, radio/CD player. Internet wireless
connection available at Frye Island Restaurant. Emergency 911.
Indoor and outside games. It is a few minute walk to community
center with tennis courts, basketball court, playground and inside
activities. It is a short walk to Beaches 6,7,8. Twelve accessible
beaches located around island. It is also near the Golf course.
Soccer field & softball field & community pool , biking, walking
trails, post office. Frye Island Restaurant which has outside and
inside dining on waterfront and general store are at the Ferry
Landing. Boat launch available at Ferry Landing and Long Beach.

Frye Island has a website. Short distant off
island shops and restaurants in Bridgton and North Windham.
Miniature golf, Walmart, 2 grocery stores
which are Hannafords and Shaws in North Windham on route 302,
Roosevelt Trail. Portland with Maine Mall is about 45 minutes. It
is about an hour from LLBean, ocean, North Conway.
